I established my practice, Virtually Complete because I was continually being asked if I could help out on this admin project and that web design task. I thought about it long and hard, and finally came to the realisation that I had a skillset that was sought after.  Being highly skilled in administrative and project management skills, I decided to offer my services to small and large businesses, independent individuals and entrepreneurs alike.

Virtually Complete is a Business Practice, offering virtual assistance to all types of businesses. The aim is to save you money in terms of staffing costs, not to mention a fully able and committed partner to assist you in reaching your personal lifestyle and business goals.  My philosophy is quite simple, I offer you support in achieving your personal and professional goals, unencumbered by employment law, income tax, national insurance, liability insurance, maternity leave, sick pay, and holiday entitlement.  As I run my own business, the added cost associated with hiring staff is not an issue for you.  This leaves you free to run your business or home without the additional worry.
 
I have over 20 years administrative experience gained whilst working in the City of London, for a variety of companies, from Investment Banking to IT Consulting. I am educated to O Level standard graduating from the University of East London with a BSc (Hons) in New Technology: Education and Training.  I followed this with a NEBSM Dip which is a nationally recognised Diploma in Management and Supervision, as well as achieving advanced skills training in the Microsoft Office suite of software.  I have internet research and web design skills spanning 10 tears and a typing speed of 70 wpm.
 
For those of you who require someone to assist you with face to face support for more personal matters, I am CRB checked (reference number upon request) and was Parent Governor of my daughter's school from 1992 to 1994.  (copy references and educational certification provided upon request).
 
Company history
I established my practice in May 2008 as I felt that my skillset could be put to far better use if marshalled by myself and targetted at businesses who wanted to concentrate on their core activities, instead of ploughing through the tasks that I could take on their behalf. 
 
Businesses large and small have begun requesting information and asking about the service I offer.  It makes sense when you consider the cost saving you will make if you hire a Virtual Assistant.
